Regular property inspection
Your property will be visited regularly. It will be aired and inspected thoroughly. If a problem is detected, photos will be taken and the necessary works will be listed and priced. You will immediately be informed about this via a report and, with your approval the works will be completed.
Key holding
Safe-keeping of the keys of your property. We will make them available to the people you want when necessary. Also if anything urgent happens at your property while you are away, we will have access to rectify any problems.

Bill payments
We will make the payments of all regular bills (electricity,water) and taxes (municipality government) regarding your property on your behalf.After payments the receipts will be filed and kept for you. You will be informed about these payments on a monthly basis via email or telephone.

Cleaning services
Your property will be cleaned before you or your guests arrive.
This is ideal for those who would like to ensure that when they arrive at their property ,it is clean and ready to start your holiday.
We also offer a weekly cleaning service.

Laundry services
We can arrange for your bedding to be collected, laundered and returned on a weekly basis.

Welcome pack
Should you wish your fridge to be stocked with milk, bread, tea, coffee etc. for your arrival, we can arrange this for you. Cost is dependent on items requested.

Pool service
We can arrange for your pool to be maintained.for more information please either telephone, e-mail or call into the our office.

Gardening
We can arrange for a gardener to visit your property on a weekly basis to maintain your garden.

Renting out your property
For clients that have purchased property, letting it out is possible in order to gain on your investment.The longer you let your property, the greater the potential income. Rental income depends on the size and location of your property. Spice Turkish Property will be able to undertake the rental of your property we will advertise the property in the for rent section of the website. A full rental service is avaliable for an administration fee of 15%.

Building and Contents Insurance
We can help you to arrange insurance on your property with one of our reputable insurance brokers. (Quotation available on request)

Fixtures and Fittings
Once you have purchased your property if you would like to buy white goods, furniture etc.. we are always here to help, we have a wide variety of catalogues and stores at your disposal just ask for information

Residency Visa
If you decide to stay in Turkey on a permanent basis you will need a residency visa, we are able to help you obtain this.
